Regular Click & Collect Instructions
We are open for collections from 9:00am - 3:00pm, Monday to Saturday.
Our Click and Collect counter is located inside our Showroom.
Step 1: Wait to hear from us, when your item is ready we will send you an email notification.
Step 2: When you arrive at our warehouse, a friendly staff member will be inside our showroom and able to assist you.
If no one is available, please call (03) 9495 7604 to notify a staff member that you are here.
Please have your order number and ID ready.
